TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Registration closes 5 working days prior to each event.
• FoodBio Network (Pty) Ltd will forward a tax invoice once your registration has been received.
• Submission of your online registration document indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
• The person making the online registration will be consider to be the authorised representative of your company, and will as such, be liable for payment.
• Please fax proof of payment before indicated registration closing dates.
• Should your payment be reversed or bounced, you will remain liable for related bank charges.
• FoodBio Network (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to change the speakers, course content, venues or dates.
• Venue details and final confirmation will be forwarded after payment has been received.
• Entry to the event may not be permitted if payment has not been received prior to the closing date for the event.
• Non-arrival at the event (without cancellation as per cancellation policy) will incur the full cost.
• No refunds will be made for failure to attend.
• A full refund can only be extended if written advice of cancellation is received no later than 15 working days prior to the event for which you have registered.
• A 35% handling charge will be incurred if written advice of cancellation is received no later than 10 working days prior to the event for which you have registered.
• No refund whatsoever will be made for cancellations received within 10 working days prior to the event for which you have registered.
• Accommodation and travel arrangements to be made by the delegate.
• FoodBio Network (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to decline registration and/or admission.
• FoodBio Network (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to postpone or reschedule events, and will not be held liable for any costs incurred including travel charges or any consequential damages even if we were advised of them.
• Use of recording or photographic equipment within the venue on the day of the event is prohibited, unless you have prior consent from FoodBio Network (Pty) Ltd in writing.
